Mitigation Supervisor
Realistic Earnings: $75,000+, Overtime opportunities and time and a half for HMR

- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
- IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
- Lead water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects from first response through completion
- Supervise mitigation technicians and daily field operations
- Develop drying strategies and monitor project progress
- Conduct jobsite inspections and quality control audits
- Ensure complete and accurate project documentation
- Coordinate with homeowners, commercial clients, adjusters, and vendors
- Train and mentor technicians in restoration best practices
- Manage equipment, fleet readiness, and jobsite logistics
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation
- Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
- Technicians are developed into future leaders
- Customers receive proactive communication and outstanding service
- Documentation supports timely billing and insurance carrier requirements
- The team consistently delivers on commitments
Required:
- WRT, AMRT, and FSRT certifications
- Minimum 3 years of restoration industry experience
- Experience leading crews and managing active projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- ASD certification
- Xactimate experience
- Contents, commercial loss, or large-loss experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- $30–$36/hour DOE
