As a Retail Sales Associate at Royal, you'll have unlimited earning potential! If you have a sales background, are persuasive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, this could be the ideal job for you. Experience in furniture sales is a plus, but it's not a requirement, as we'll teach you everything you need to know.
This is a commission-based position. We offer a salary guarantee for your first 12 weeks so you can gain knowledge about our products and learn the essentials of the job as you start your career with Royal. After the 12 weeks, you will receive a weekly advance on commissions (draw) plus the commissions generated. We offer an excellent commission structure with increasing percentages – the more you sell, the higher your commission will be. The average annual salary for a first-year Sales Associate is more than $50,000, and can reach up to $100,000 for top salespeople. What you win is up to you!
As a Sales Associate, you'll ensure a customer-focused experience by helping them create the home they want, offering suggestions, helping find the best financing options, and providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
• Sales experience (preferably in the furniture industry)
• BILINGUAL

• Focus on customer service
• Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; Demonstrates an energetic, positive, and "yes we can" attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at the same time
• Organized and detail-oriented (yes, there is paperwork)
• Excellent follow-up skills and after-customer support
• Must have flexibility to work a retail schedule of more than 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
