What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend the best solutions for customers
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency service calls
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options—without high-pressure sales tactics
- Maintain communication with dispatch and office staff
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
- Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and professional
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism and pride
- Support your teammates and help build a positive company culture

We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
