We’re looking for a skilled Lead Hand to join our landscape maintenance team — someone who can run a crew and step in when the Foreman’s away. If you’ve got solid experience, take pride in your work, and want to grow with a company that actually walks the talk, this might be for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a maintenance crew on regular routes (mowing, trimming, weeding, garden cleanups)
- Filling in for the Foreman as needed — managing sites, staying on schedule, and coordinating with the office
- Training newer crew members and making sure the job’s done right
- Reporting issues like irrigation breaks, plant problems, or extras that need quoting
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance
- You’ve led a crew or are ready to take that step
- You take initiative, communicate well, and don’t cut corners

Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Atkinson Landscaping specializes in strata, commercial and residential property maintenance and construction projects.
