What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Build and optimize automation using Flows, Batch Apex, and Scheduled jobs to support high-volume financial services operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate advisor and operational workflows into scalable CRM configurations
- Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external platforms
- Manage CI/CD deployments and maintain release governance using tools such as Copado, AutoRABIT, or equivalent
- Conduct code reviews, enforce platform best practices, and maintain governor limit compliance
- Participate in Agile sprints alongside product owners, QA, and business analysts
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow automation
- Service Cloud experience required; Sales Cloud experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
- Familiarity with Salesforce security models — profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management environments preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD2 or Service Cloud Specialist a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills — ability to work directly with business stakeholders onsite
Compensation: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
