Leaky’s is growing in Lubbock, and we are looking for a skilled Repair Plumber to join the team.
We already have customers. We already have calls. We need the right plumber who wants to work, hustle, take care of people, and help us build something real.

What you’ll do:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes and light commercial buildings
- Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, water quality products, water softeners, and general service plumbing
- Provide estimates and recommendations to customers
- Complete job notes and pictures in our mobile software
- Keep your company vehicle and tools clean and organized
- Keep job sites clean and safe
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- Work independently and manage your day well
Requirements:
- Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman plumbing license
- Experience with residential and light commercial plumbing repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good customer service and communication
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to bend, kneel, and work in different conditions
We are growing our plumbing division in Lubbock. We already have customers and demand for plumbing work.

Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
