Role Summary
  • The IT Strategic Architect focuses on business strategy alignment, operating model transformation, and roadmap development, leveraging AI-enabled automation to drive measurable business outcomes. 
  • This role partners closely with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into scalable transformation roadmaps, ensuring business processes are optimized for efficiency, growth, and agility.
  • This is a business-outcome–driven role, shaping how AI/ML capabilities redefine processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock enterprise value. 
  • The architect bridges strategy and execution, ensuring investments are aligned to long-term business objectives and value realization.
 
Required Skills
  • 8–12+ years in business strategy, transformation, or technology-led business initiatives
  • Should have business analyst experience , healthcare domain experience 
  • Strong experience in operating model design, process transformation, and roadmap execution
  • Proven ability to translate executive discussions into actionable strategic plans and roadmaps
  • Experience identifying AI/ML use cases that drive tangible business value
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
 
Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Operating Model Alignment
  1. Partner with business and functional leaders to understand strategic priorities, growth objectives, and operating models
  2. Translate strategy into capability-driven transformation initiatives
  3. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize processes using AI-enabled automation
2. Process Transformation & Value Identification
  1. Assess current business processes and operations to identify:
  2. Inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  3. Manual dependencies and scalability challenges
  4. Opportunities for AI-driven automation and decision support
  5. Define clear value cases and business outcomes for transformation initiatives
3. Target State Operating Model Design
  1. Define future-state operating models and process frameworks that are:
  2. Scalable, efficient, and customer-centric
  3. Focused on measurable business outcomes
  4. Establish how AI/ML capabilities will enhance productivity, decision-making, and experience
4. Transformation Roadmap Development
  1. Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps that:
  2. Align business priorities with execution
  3. Balance value, cost, risk, and speed
  4. Sequence initiatives to deliver incremental, measurable impact
  5. Establish KPIs and value tracking mechanisms
5. Portfolio & Investment Prioritization
  1. Guide prioritization based on strategic alignment, ROI, and business impact
  2. Drive simplification and rationalization of processes and initiatives to reduce redundancy
  3. Promote consistency and reuse to improve efficiency and scalability
6. Strategic Governance & Executive Advisory
  1. Establish strategic guardrails for transformation initiatives
  2. Provide executive-level advisory on investments, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions
  3. Ensure sustained alignment between business strategy, execution, and value realization
  4. Outcomes & Value Delivered
  5. Strong alignment between strategy, operating model, and execution roadmap
  6. Scaled adoption of AI-driven automation across key business functions
