Secrets Hideaway Resort & Spa is seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and reliable Housekeepers to join our growing team. Housekeepers play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are clean, sanitized, and maintained to the highest hospitality standards.

Position Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, hallways, lounges, and resort facilities while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This position works closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrivals and stayover guests
- Make beds and replace linens
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, countertops, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and guest room amenities
- Clean hallways, stairwells, lounges, restrooms, and public areas
- Restock guest amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns promptly
- Follow all cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Complete assigned special cleaning projects as needed
- Support fellow team members to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
- Provide friendly and professional guest interactions at all times
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Day and Night shifts available
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
- Housekeeping operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

- Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform standards
- Ability to use a two-way radio and WhatsApp for team communication
- Ability to maintain an organized and fully stocked housekeeping cart

Secrets Hideaway Resort and Spa™ is the culmination of James & Carmen’s desire to create a Lifestyle resort, for Swingers, by Swingers. With an intimate understanding of the Lifestyle atmosphere, the King & Queen of Swing started out with “Hedo Events" and began throwing exceptional Lifestyle parties at various venues throughout Florida. Yet, despite the success of the Hedo parties, James felt something was missing. He wanted to create an environment that catered to the unique culture of the Lifestyle, a place where friends could gather not only to party, but to actually getaway and luxuriate in the care-free nature of the Lifestyle. They knew they needed to find a hotel - a place for friends to both play & stay.
Thus, with the collaboration of various Lifestyle groups, Hedo Events and Club Secret® were born in Kissimmee, FL. Based in the current location, Club Secret® was able to find a permanent home, and open its doors every weekend for like-minded guests to gather. In spring 2011, Hedo Events introduced its first hotel “takeover”, Swingers Break®, and created a wildly successful, clothing optional, multi-day, Lifestyle event.
Over the next few years, James and Carmen hosted multiple hotel takeovers, but still had a desire to create a truly private, members-only, Lifestyle resort experience. Fueled by the love and dedication of their Lifestyle family, the King & Queen were finally able to fully takeover the hotel and create a first-of-its-kind, 5-Star, Lifestyle resort, Secrets Hideaway Resort & Spa™.
