Position Overview
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff, monitoring entry points, enforcing house rules, and responding to incidents calmly and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to de‑escalate conflicts.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests at the entrance and verify IDs in compliance with state alcohol laws
- Monitor guest behavior inside and outside the venue
- De‑escalate conflicts using verbal communication and professionalism
- Remove disruptive or intoxicated individuals safely and respectfully
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including restrooms and parking areas
- Assist staff during high‑volume periods or special events
- Document incidents accurately and report them to management
- Ensure emergency exits and walkways remain clear
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications
- Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred
- Valid Guard Card
- Full duty belt with certifications is a Plus will be considered
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical situations if necessary
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
