As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for interacting directly with customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending products or services based on individual needs. This role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting overall sales and team goals.

No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success.

Candidates with backgrounds in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

  • Promote and recommend products and services based on customer preferences

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and general support

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions

  • Support daily sales activities and contribute to individual and team goals

  • Accurately document customer interactions when necessary

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements
