The eKnowID platform was recently redesigned, and we are ready to scale.

Now we need a growth-minded operator who can help turn a strong foundation into a repeatable revenue engine.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Fractional Growth Lead to build and execute the growth strategy for eKnowID.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who knows how to test campaigns, build funnels, measure results, and turn marketing activity into qualified pipeline and revenue.

This is not a “just post on social media” role. You will step into a strong foundation with a refreshed platform, existing customer data, campaign direction, leadership support, and a small team available to support execution.

The ideal person is a growth hacker at heart: curious, fast-moving, data-driven, creative, and focused on what actually converts.

What You Will Walk Into

You will not be starting from zero.

You will have:

  •  A refreshed eKnowID platform with improved user experience
  •  A segmented inactive customer base ready for reactivation
  •  HubSpot CRM already in place
  •  Apollo.io available for prospect sourcing and enrichment
  •  Existing marketing and creative support resources
  •  Identified verticals and buyer segments
  •  Campaign concepts, outbound ideas, and growth channels ready to test
  •  Direct access to leadership for fast feedback and decisions
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building, testing, learning, and scaling what works.

What You Will Own

You will own growth execution across customer reactivation, outbound prospecting, paid campaigns, lead nurturing, and conversion tracking.

Your focus will be simple:

Generate qualified opportunities. Convert interest into revenue. Build repeatable growth systems.

You will not be expected to do everything alone. Your role is to lead the growth strategy, set the priorities, direct execution, measure performance, and keep the team focused on the activities most likely to produce revenue.

First 90 Days

Your first 90 days will focus on launching the core growth engine, testing messaging, and identifying which channels show the strongest early traction.

You will:

  •  Launch a win-back campaign to reactivate inactive eKnowID customers
  •  Build and test outbound campaigns for target small business verticals
  •  Use HubSpot to manage segmentation, workflows, reporting, and lead nurturing
  •  Build prospect lists using approved tools and public/business databases
  •  Create and test cold email, phone, and follow-up sequences
  •  Launch paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  •  Test messaging around hiring risk, compliance, speed, safety, and business protection
  •  Track campaign performance weekly and recommend what to scale, pause, or adjust
  •  Work with the content and creative team to produce assets that support conversion
The first 90 days are about disciplined execution, clean tracking, fast learning, and building a growth system that can be scaled with confidence.

What Success Looks Like

By Day 30

  •  Win-back campaign is launched
  •  HubSpot workflows and segmentation are active
  •  Initial prospect lists are built
  •  First outbound sequences are live
  •  Reporting dashboard is in place
  •  Early messaging tests are underway
By Day 60

  •  Outbound campaigns are producing qualified conversations
  •  Paid campaigns are live on at least two channels
  •  Early reactivation results are visible
  •  Pipeline is being tracked by source and campaign
  •  Messaging is being improved based on data
By Day 90

  •  Reactivation, outbound, and paid campaigns are operating
  •  Clear data shows which channels and verticals are performing best
  •  Cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and revenue attribution are being tracked
  •  Early pipeline and conversion data show what should be scaled next
  •  A clear growth recommendation is presented to leadership
By 90 days, success means the core campaigns are live, measurable, and producing early pipeline data that shows where we should invest next.

Key Metrics You Will Track

You should be comfortable owning and reporting on growth numbers, including:

  •  Qualified leads generated
  •  Demo or sales conversations booked
  •  Reactivation rate
  •  Email open, reply, and conversion rates
  •  Paid campaign cost per lead and cost per acquisition
  •  Revenue by channel
  •  Customer acquisition cost
  •  Return on ad spend
  •  Demo-to-close rate
We value measurable business outcomes over vanity metrics. Followers, impressions, and clicks matter only when they help create qualified pipeline and revenue.

Required Experience

  •  5+ years of hands-on growth marketing, demand generation, or growth strategy experience
  •  Proven success driving measurable revenue, pipeline, reactivation, or customer acquisition
  •  Strong HubSpot experience, including workflows, lists, segmentation, automation, and reporting
  •  Experience marketing to small or mid-sized businesses
  •  Experience building and launching outbound email campaigns
  •  Experience with paid media such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
  •  Strong copywriting skills for emails, landing pages, ads, and nurture campaigns
  •  Comfort using AI tools to improve speed, execution, and output
  •  Ability to analyze campaign data and make clear recommendations
  •  Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with executive leadership
Strong Plus

  •  Experience in HR tech, background screening, SaaS, compliance, staffing, insurance, legal, fintech, or professional services
  •  Experience reactivating dormant customer lists
  •  Experience building campaigns from customer pain points
  •  Experience with Apollo.io or similar prospecting tools
  •  SEO experience
  •  Landing page or light website editing experience
  •  Google Analytics or Search Console experience
  •  Experience working with founder-led companies or small business teams

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
