About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff during shifts.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Support the management team in achieving business goals.
- Answering phones and taking food orders
- Bagging food orders to pick up and delivery
- Assigning orders to the delivery drivers
- Cutting pizza and keeping the area clean
- Stoking up the counter area
- Overseeing the front counter staff and making sure all tasks are performed accordingly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and team collaboration.
