Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians to optimize efficiency.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize dispatch software and bookkeeping tools to streamline processes.
- Provide support during peak hours to maintain workflow consistency.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or bookkeeper in a service industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and able to work independently.
- Proficient in bookkeeping software and dispatch systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong team player.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry practices is preferred.
