Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls on company phone 
  • Maintaining office supply inventory 
  • Ordering and managing meals / events for internal team and clients
  • Digital and physical organization of company files. Organization skills is a must. 
  • Vendor coordination 
Overview:
In office 5 days a week from 9am-2pm to begin with the possibility of taking more hours after 3 months if needed. 
Customer-facing with excellent communication skills.
Microsoft office suite required with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. 
Familiarity with Social Media. 
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
