Our established State Farm agency is seeking a motivated Financial Services Representative to help clients protect what matters most and achieve their financial goals.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in professional sales, customer relationship management, and long-term career growth in the financial services industry.
Previous insurance experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide licensing support.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct customer reviews and identify client needs
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Educate customers about insurance and financial service products
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
• Organized and dependable
• Coachable and growth-oriented
• Bilingual skills are welcomed but not required
