Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention strategies in various settings.

- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior analysis techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of client progress.
- Stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods in behavior analysis.
