Healing Hands Home Therapy is a therapist owned home health company based in Los Angeles looking for skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations?start of cares
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Address strength, balance, gait, endurance, and mobility deficits
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, and exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California PT license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Current physical exam and TB test
- Professional liability insurance
- Business license
Compensation: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
