Are you bilingual in Spanish and English and looking for a career where you can help people while building your income and professional skills?
Groth Family Insurance – Allstate is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Associate to join our growing team in Pasco, WA. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right insurance protection for their needs.
No insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and will pay for your insurance licensing.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Communicate with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Help customers protect their homes, vehicles, families, and businesses.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Organized and dependable.
- Sales, customer service, retail, banking, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license after hire (agency-paid).
