What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, skin fades, tapers, beard trims, and straight razor services
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and deliver consistent results
- Create an outstanding guest experience from check-in to checkout
- Recommend products and services that fit each client’s needs
- Build a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service and relationship-building
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Contribute to a positive team culture and help create an exceptional shop environment
Qualifications
- Active Barber or Cosmetology License in Texas
- Experience with men’s haircuts, fades, clipper work, shear cutting, and beard grooming
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume barbershop environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
