I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked within other agencies, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, team-focused environment I wanted to create in my own office.
I’m a second-generation State Farm agent, married with a baby, and family is a huge part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water and am a big car enthusiast. I stay involved in the community by participating in blood drives and supporting the Humane Society. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to me and our agency.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mary Dixon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
