Kitchen & Bath Center has been providing local home remodeling services across the region since 1987. We are seeking a full-time Showroom Consultant for our Mary Esther location to handle our daily showroom experience. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for walk-in visitors—welcoming guests, introducing them to our products, and helping them start their project journey.
This position is ideal for an outgoing professional with a strong eye for design who enjoys interacting with people and keeping an organized workspace. You will ensure every visitor has a great experience, learn about their project goals, and accurately collect their details for our team.
Schedule & Location
- Status: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Mary Esther Showroom (In-Person)
- Compensation: Starting at $38,000 per year, with room to increase depending on depth of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment. Greet walk-in traffic warmly and answer initial inquiries
- Engage with visitors to understand their project needs and accurately capture their contact and project information for follow-up
- Walk clients through our displays, helping them browse material options, product features, and design possibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
- A keen eye for creative design and a strong ability to visualize project possibilities
- Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software (Marketsharp a plus)
- Friendly and conversational, with a natural ability to talk to homeowners and contractors
- Dependable and comfortable managing the daily flow of the showroom independently
- Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desirable Skills (Not required, but a plus!)
- Experience in kitchen and bathroom design
- Hands-on experience with 2020 Design software
- Comfortable with using industry software to assist with project layouts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client preferences
