- Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and nap times
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and needs
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of families
Requirements:
- Previous experience in child care or as a nanny is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Background check required
- Flexible schedule to accommodate family needs
