Miscellaneous Steel and Waterworks Estimator
- A minimum of 3 years as a steel estimator - PLEASE ... DO NOT APPLY if you are NOT knowledgeable in Structural Steel as well as miscellaneous Steel. Must know how to read / interpret Structural Steel Drawings and Civil Drawings.
- Knowledge of Waterworks Estimating - Analyze construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine materials required. Use of TEKLA Software is a “plus”.
- Welding Background is a “PLUS”
- Knowledge of manufacture and erection of steel members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking, etc.) and non-building structures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- In House – No remote working
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fabhar Facility is currently in Princeton, TX which will be moving to Van Alstyne, TX in winter of 2026
- Must Pass a Drug Test, We Provide a Drug-Free Work Environment.

Starting Rate to be $26.00 / hour to $30.00 / hour depending on experience
Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
