Position Summary
Position Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This position plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Ensure consistent food quality and timely preparation during service periods.
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and departmental standards.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
