Assistant Manager – HCOA Fitness

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is the manager's right arm: someone who sells up front, develops the team and makes the club run like clockwork. If you are driven by healthy competition, impeccable service and seeing your people grow, read on.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain consistently high personal membership sales production — lead by example.
  • Train and develop the sales team on the Synergy presentation and club processes.
  • Coordinate sales and promotions efforts with management.
  • Support management, corporate office and personal training team.
  • Ensure staff adhere to work schedules and plans, and support the manager in assessing the team.
  • Review contracts to make them comply with company rules.
  • Actively seek opportunities to elevate service and increase partner retention.
  • Maintain the club in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order and operation, reporting any equipment in poor condition.
  • Promote a positive, professional and discord-free work environment.
What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years in a managerial role leading teams toward a goal.
  • 1–3 years in sales and customer service.
  • Genuine experience or passion for the fitness industry.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • High initiative, energy and orientation to sales and teamwork.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk around the club during shift and events, and lift more than 20 pounds by rearranging weights and equipment.
