Aspen Outdoor Designs is seeking experienced and motivated landscapers who take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Strong, non‑union pay structure with bonus opportunities like a sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000 (details provided during the interview). Perform landscape work on residential properties, including:

Planting, grading, sodding, mulching, and bed preparation
Installation of natural stone elements such as flagstone steppers and boulders.
Manage a crew of 2-3
No mowing: this is a construction‑focused landscaping role
