We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Insurance Producer who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for developing leads, identifying customer needs, and recommending State Farm insurance products that provide valuable protection and financial security. This role is ideal for a competitive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a sales environment and is eager to grow their income through performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement.
  • Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps.
  • Educate customers on auto, home, life, health, and business insurance products.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications

  • Property & Casualty License Preferred.
  • Previous sales experience preferred (insurance, real estate, banking, automotive, retail sales, or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Life & Health License preferred (or ability to obtain).
