Part-Time Business Development Representative | Personal Injury

If your favorite office has four wheels, keep reading.

Relationships are the engine behind everything we do, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative with a background in the personal injury industry who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, and becoming a familiar face within the Las Vegas PI community.

This is not a social media position.

This is not a digital marketing position.

This is not a traditional desk job.

This is a part-time, field-based business development role for someone who already understands the personal injury world and knows what it takes to develop, maintain, and grow professional referral relationships.

The majority of your time will be spent driving throughout the Las Vegas Valley visiting current and prospective personal injury law firms and medical providers. You'll build relationships with attorneys, case managers, legal assistants, doctors, clinic managers, medical staff, and other referral partners while helping expand our presence within the local PI community.

We're looking for someone who understands that business development is more than dropping off goodies and saying hello. It requires consistency, follow-through, relationship management, prospecting, and knowing how to turn an introduction into a long-term professional relationship.

A portion of your schedule will also be dedicated to in-office administrative responsibilities, including following up with referral partners, obtaining case updates and statuses, documenting outreach efforts, scheduling future visits and lunches, organizing your territory, and tracking relationship development.

This is a part-time position of approximately 20-30 hours per week. While there is flexibility in building your schedule within our regular business hours, business needs, scheduled meetings, law firm visits, medical office visits, networking opportunities, and outreach responsibilities will guide your workweek.
