Europa Village is looking to fill the position of full-time Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, winery, resort, or lifestyle brands is preferred but not required. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and seeing their work reflected throughout an award-winning winery resort.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator serves as the central coordinator for the Marketing Department, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to completion while maintaining Europa Village's high standards of brand excellence. This position is responsible for ensuring marketing materials, promotional signage, website content, and brand messaging remain accurate, engaging, and consistent throughout the resort. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with multiple departments to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support marketing campaigns across accommodations, restaurants, retail, wine clubs, events, and resort experiences.

Marketing Coordinator Reports To:

Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination

·       Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. 
·       Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables using project management tools. 
·       Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
·       Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure marketing materials are produced accurately and delivered on schedule.
·       Coordinate and prioritize incoming marketing requests to ensure projects are completed according to business needs and deadlines.

Brand & Property Marketing

·       Maintain promotional signage throughout the resort. 
·       Ensure website content and online listings remain accurate. 
·       Manage inventory of brochures, menus, applications, and collateral. 

Cross-Department Collaboration

·       Coordinate with internal departments to gather project requirements and ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
·       Serve as the liaison between marketing and resort operations. 

Reporting & Administration

·       Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking. 
·       Maintain project documentation and vendor communication. 


Content & Events

·       Assist with social media content creation. 
·       Capture photo and video content during select events to support social media and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

·       1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, hospitality, or a related field. 
·       Proven experience coordinating multiple projects and managing timelines is required. 
·       Experience with project management software such as Monday.com is preferred. 
·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar marketing tools is a plus. 
·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
