About the Role:
Owen Motor Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Marshall, IL! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the vehicle purchase experience, helping customers secure financing while maximizing dealership profitability. Responsibilities:
  • Structure and present financing and leasing options to customers following vehicle sales
  • Work with banks, credit unions, and lenders to secure loan approvals and competitive rates
  • Present and sell aftermarket products including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection packages
  • Prepare and process all finance and insurance (F&I) documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to financing
  • Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on financing programs and incentives
  • Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership policies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive F&I or a dealership finance office strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of auto financing, leasing, and aftermarket product sales
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) such as Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • High level of integrity with a commitment to compliance and ethical practices
  • Valid driver's license required
