What You'll Do
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage losses
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filtration devices, and other restoration equipment
- Perform controlled demolition of damaged building materials including drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and other affected materials
- Pack, move, inventory, and protect customer contents
- Document job progress through notes, photos, and moisture readings
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and job sites
- Follow company safety policies and PPE requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and project managers
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency response
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas
- Ability to climb ladders and work in a variety of jobsite conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Restoration, construction, demolition, remediation, moving, roofing, landscaping, or other labor-intensive field experience
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Experience working in residential customer service environments
