Are you a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others? Do you have sales experience and enjoy building relationships over the phone? If so, we'd love to meet you!
Our specialty dental practice is seeking a motivated, energetic, and compassionate New Patient Coordinator to help guide prospective patients toward improving their oral health.
Responsibilities:
- Contact new patient leads and inquiries regarding dental treatment.
- Build rapport and educate patients about treatment options.
- Answer questions with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients.
- Schedule consultations and help convert inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain detailed communication and follow-through with every lead.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
- Prior sales experience – REQUIRED
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to close opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
- Caring, compassionate, and passionate about helping patients improve their health.
- Dental knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
