Ace Handyman Services—backed by the trusted Ace Hardware brand—is looking for a master-level Craftsman to join our growing team serving Ocean City, Maryland and Sussex County, Delaware.
This is a full-time position for an experienced professional who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. We provide the scheduling, office support, marketing, and customer base—you provide the craftsmanship.

What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
- Work throughout Ocean City, Berlin, Salisbury, Millsboro, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island and surrounding communities.
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and customer service on every job.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Keep homeowners informed throughout the project.
- Use ServiceTitan on your phone to manage work orders, timekeeping, notes and job photos.
- Maintain an organized work vehicle, professional appearance and quality tools.
- Work safely from ladders and elevated locations when required.
- Represent the Ace Handyman Services brand professionally at every customer interaction.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 15-20+ years of professional residential construction, remodeling or repair experience
- Master-level skills in six (6) or more of the following:
• Carpentry & finish carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Tile installation
• Flooring
• Interior & exterior painting
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Doors & windows
• Kitchen & bathroom repairs
• Decks, siding and exterior trim
You should also have:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A history of dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Confidence working independently without sacrificing quality.
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, texting, email and digital work orders.
- Reliable truck or van.
- Professional-grade tools.
- Portfolio of previous work.
- Contactable professional references.
- Ability to pass a background check.
