Responsibilities
- Assist mom with the daily care of the children.
- Engage the children in age-appropriate, educational, and creative activities.
- Prepare snacks and simple meals for the children as needed.
- Help maintain children's daily routines, including diaper changes, potty training support, naps, and playtime.
- Keep children's play areas, bedrooms, and belongings tidy and organized.
- Assist with children's laundry and other child-related household tasks.
- Support mom with newborn care after the baby arrives as needed.
- Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for the children.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional childcare experience.
- Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent.
- Patient, dependable, organized, and proactive.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before employment).
- Current Tdap vaccination required.
- Reliable transportation and excellent references.
