Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Oversee inventory, product displays, and in-store merchandising to maintain a consistent brand image
- Lead store social media activities including content creation and customer engagement to drive traffic and sales
- Use digital tools and data insights to improve sales performance and membership growth
- Train, coach, and manage store team to improve service quality and execution
- Support planning and execution of in-store promotions and events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail management experience; beauty, wigs, or hair industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer focused mindset with strong problem solving ability
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and customer experience
- Chinese language required

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
