This is a full-time employee position.
What You’ll Do (Technician Role)
As a Handyman, you’ll manage projects from start to finish, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Scheduling quotes and booked jobs using our systems
- Creating accurate estimates based on time and materials (95% accuracy expected)
- Picking up materials and executing high-quality repairs and improvements
- Completing jobs on time, within scope, and with excellent attention to detail
- Communicating clearly with customers so no one is ever left wondering
- Delivering a 5-star experience that drives repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Skilled across a wide range of handyman and home repair work
- Customer-service oriented and personable
- Comfortable managing both the work and the customer relationship
- A strong problem-solver with good common sense
- Reliable, professional, and detail-aware
- Able to work independently while following proven systems and processes
- A clear communicator — in person, over the phone, and by text/email
Requirements
- 3+ years of handyman, construction, or home repair experience preferred
- Quoting and estimating experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work safely
- Strong professionalism in customers’ homes
