Rolling Suds is looking for an experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to lead teams on residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a reliable and motivated professional, with experience in pressure washing, leadership skills and commitment to quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Operate and supervise pressure washing equipment

Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently

Train team members

Ensure that jobs are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards

Communicate professionally with customers and management

Keeping equipment, vehicles, and workplaces in good repair

Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements

Availability from Monday to Friday

Previous experience in pressure washing and/or *soft washing* is required

Experience in leadership or team management required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Willingness to work at heights when needed

Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds (approx. 23–34 kg) on a regular basis

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical labor throughout the day

Experience operating boom and scissor lift lifts is a plus
