Shift Lead (Afternoon/Evening) – Growth Opportunity
The Dough Shed Pizzeria is looking for dependable, hardworking team members who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep the shift running smoothly, support the team, and make sure our guests have a great experience. For the right person, this position has a clear path into a long-term leadership role.
This role includes a training period where you’ll learn all areas of the restaurant and take on more responsibility as you grow into the position.

What You’ll Do:
- Help lead afternoon and evening shifts
- Keep the team moving and on task during busy times
- Support key areas like ovens, register, and buffet flow
- Help maintain a clean, organized restaurant
- Step in to solve small issues and keep things running smoothly
- Work alongside the team (this is a hands-on role, not a sit-back position)

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to take initiative and help lead by example
- Open to learning and taking on more responsibility over time
- Cash handling experience
Experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who is dependable and ready to grow.
Schedule:
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Weekends required
- Closing shifts will be part of this role

Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
The Dough Shed Pizzeria features an all-day pizza buffet and salad bar.
