Responsibilities

  • This role is ideal for a motivated "hunter" who enjoys the sales side of the business — uncovering client needs, educating prospects, recommending coverage, and closing new business
  • Instead of making hundreds of cold calls, our producers focus on quality conversations, identifying opportunities, following up with interested prospects, and converting relationships into new policies
  • Connect with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Guide prospects through the sales process from initial conversation through policy issuance
  • Educate clients on personal insurance options, including opportunities across Property & Casualty and Life & Health products
  • Prepare insurance proposals, applications, and coverage recommendations
  • Gather underwriting information and coordinate with carriers to quote and bind policies
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities forward
  • Identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate
  • Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience that builds trust and earns referrals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all agency and compliance standards






Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
