We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) Analyst with an active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Epic Resolute PB application while supporting revenue cycle operations and ensuring efficient billing workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) Certification (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB)
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and professional billing workflows
- Experience configuring Epic billing applications in a healthcare environment
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional clinical and business teams
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) application functionality.
- Build and maintain billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and collections functionality.
- Configure billing rules, work queues, claim edits, reports, and interfaces supporting revenue cycle operations.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, optimization initiatives, and new feature implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Epic solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, operational, and technical teams to improve system performance and workflow efficiency.
- Perform application testing, validation, and documentation for new configurations and system changes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare industry standards.
- Participate in go-live activities, system maintenance, and ongoing application support.
