Campos Law Firm is seeking an Operating Director with extensive experience in leadership, process management, and team management to oversee the overall operation of the firm, ensuring efficiency, coordination, and fulfillment of organizational objectives.

This position will be responsible for leading key areas such as Quality, Cancellations and IT, among others, ensuring the proper functioning of each department, driving continuous improvement and strengthening the customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, strategic planning, data analysis, and process optimization skills, as well as the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the firm, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead and follow up on the departments ensuring the fulfillment of their goals and functions.
  • Implement and improve internal processes to optimize times, reduce errors and improve the customer experience.
  • Establish, monitor and analyze key management indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the handling of cancellations, identify recurring causes and propose strategies to improve customer retention.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative areas to ensure the proper flow of cases and internal processes.
  • Ensure the proper use of systems, technological tools, access, IT support and information security protocols.
  • Create, update, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Prepare executive reports for management on results, progress, critical issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new projects, operational changes, technological tools, and growth strategies.
  • Supervise the performance of the teams under their charge, promoting training, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other function related to their position that is required by the corresponding management or leader.
Requirements

  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related careers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple departments and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the implementation and optimization of operational processes.
  • Knowledge in monitoring management indicators and compliance with objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools and business management systems.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in law firms or professional services firms.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience overseeing technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
