            Help fuel the growth behind one of New York’s Growing Personal Injury Law Firms.  
 
            We’re looking for a strategic thinker who wants to help our Firm build a marketing operation that delivers measurable growth. As our Director of Marketing, you’ll lead the Firm’s client acquisition strategy by overseeing digital marketing, SEO, analytics, paid advertising and marketing performance. You’ll work directly with Firm leadership to shape how our Firm grows and ensure every marketing investment delivers results. 
 
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing the Firm’s marketing strategy to drive client acquisition, maximize ROI and support the Firm’s long-term growth. This position serves as the strategic leader of all digital marketing initiatives, oversees marketing analytics and reporting, manages external vendor and agency relationships and ensures marketing efforts align with the Firm’s business objectives.
 
The Director of Marketing works closely with Firm leadership and the Firm’s external digital marketing agency to identify growth opportunities, evaluate campaign performance, and implement data-driven strategies that strengthen the Firm’s market position and increase revenue.
 
You’ll be Responsible For:
            
·         Developing & executing the Firm’s marketing strategy
·         Managing paid advertising and lead generation
·         Overseeing SEO and website performance
·         Tracking marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness
·         Building reports and dashboards for Firm leadership
·         Managing outside marketing agencies and vendors
·         Identifying new growth opportunities & marketing initiatives 
·         Building brand awareness and positioning in our market

Essential Responsibilities:
 
                        Marketing Strategy: develop and executed the Firm’s marketing strategy, create marketing plans aligned with the Firm’s business goals, identify new opportunities for growth and client acquisition, manage the Firm’s marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. 
 
                        Digital Marketing: oversee advertising campaigns including, Google Ads, LSA, Facebook, YouTube and other digital channels, manage website performance, conversion optimization and landing page strategy and monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives. 
 
                        SEO  & Website Strategy: develop and oversee local and organic SEO strategies, improve website rankings and organic traffic, optimize Google Business Profiles, LSA, and online directory listings, and coordinate website and marketing enhancements with outside vendors. 
 
                        Marketing Analytics & CRM: manage marketing technology, CRM systems and lead attribution, develop and analyze dashboards and reports measuring marketing effectiveness, track KPIs including lead volume, cost per case, conversation rates and ROI. 
 
            Vendor Management: manage relationships with marketing agencies, advertising partners, photographers, media vendors, and technology providers and evaluate vendor performance and negotiate and manage contracts.
            
            Leadership: collaborate with the Brand & Content Manager to ensure all campaigns align with the Firm’s bran, present marketing reports and recommendations to Firm leadership, and foster innovation and continuous improvement across all marketing initiatives. 
 
Additional Responsibilities:
 
·         Working alongside the Firm’s digital marketing agency & managing relationships with outside marketing vendors, photographs, videographers and media partners

·         Managing digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content strategy

·         Overseeing strategic development for SEO campaigns and on-page optimization strategies

·         Analyzing performance data and analytics to provide performance feed to Firm leadership

·         Analyzing and assisting with optimizing and increasing organic traffic including Google, LSA, PPC, Facebook, Yelp, Reddit, and remarketing campaigns and helping to improve Firm visibility in traditional search engines as well as AI-driven platforms 

·         Managing Firm directories by identifying relevant directories and creating and optimizing listings for individual attorney profiles and firm listings

·         Creating and/or assisting with the creation of high-quality web and social media content

·         Conducting website audits to identify and address SEO and content concerns

·         Growing the Firm’s online presence and brand recognition

·         Tracking KPIs including lead generation, cost perc case, ROI and conversion rates

·         Developing referral and community outreach initiatives

·         Identifying new opportunities to increase lead generation

·         Collaborating with Firm leadership on branding, advertising and business development

·         Managing the Firm’s marketing budget

·         Building and leading an internal marketing team as the department grows

Essential Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
·         5+ years of marketing leadership experience and/or experience in legal services marketing 
·         Knowledge of personal injury marketing 
·         Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google, LSA, PPC, etc.) and marketing budgets
·         Strong understanding of paid advertising campaigns, SEO, PPC, lead generation and marketing analytics
·         Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills
·         Experience managing vendors and multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
