About Us
Foundry Sports creates live sports experiences — youth camps with pro athletes, public autograph signings, VIP access events, and live fan experiences delivered nationwide. We've hosted 100+ events across 20+ cities and are expanding fast.
The Role
Our first dedicated Marketing Manager. You own how Foundry Sports shows up in the world — paid social, email, content, and campaign execution for event ticket sales and brand growth. Reports directly to the CEO.
What You'll Own
- Meta and TikTok paid campaigns driving event registrations and ticket sales
- Klaviyo email and SMS — flows, campaigns, list growth, segmentation
- Brand voice and creative direction across all channels
- Organic social content — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Go-to-market campaigns for event launches, signing drops, and camp registrations
- Landing page builds and A/B testing for ticket conversion
- Weekly performance reporting: ROAS, CAC, email metrics, revenue by channel
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years in marketing with direct ownership of paid social campaigns
- Meta Ads fluency — ROAS, creative testing, audience strategy
- Klaviyo or comparable email platform experience
- Strong copywriter across ads, email, and landing pages
- Sports, live events, or entertainment background strongly preferred
- Self-directed — you need a goal, not a brief

Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
