Responsible for refurbishing and the up-keep of the apartments during and prior to resident occupancy. Engage in performing plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs to appliances, glass, sheet rock, masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical dwellings. Maintenance certifications required. HVAC experience is a plus.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
