Installer Delivery Assistant Position Overview
The Installer Delivery Assistant supports our appliance delivery and installation teams in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment. This role provides valuable, in‑depth exposure to residential appliance installation and serves as a stepping stone for advancement within the company.
Installer Delivery Assistant Compensation
- Starting Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
- Pay is based on experience and credentials

Installer Delivery Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery and installation of residential appliances
- Load and unload appliances safely and efficiently
- Support installers with setup, positioning, and preparation of appliances
- Use basic hand tools and assist with mechanical tasks as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and lifting procedures
Installer Delivery Assistant Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to walk, sit, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds at any given time
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Willingness to work Saturdays
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
