 Essential Functions: 
  Interacts with guests/ attends to guest needs. 
  Places food in breakfast area and replenishes as needed. 
  Prepare food items. 
  This shift starts at 5 a.m. 

 Work Environment: This job operates in a professional kitchen environment with frequent use of kitchen equipment. Uniform dress required.

This position requires the ability to frequently lift supplies, trays, , up to 20 pounds. This job requires constant standing or walking for varying lengths of time. Occasional kneeling, pushing, & pulling. This job will require use of fingers and hands, moving them quickly to handle food, dishes, glassware, and merchandise.
