About the Role:
Candis Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Roanoke, VA! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Change and replace linens, towels, and other supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to supervisors
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with others
