As our Foreman, you will be the face of our company on-site. You will partner directly with the Sales Representative who sold the job, ensuring the vision they promised is the exact result we deliver. You will manage the job site, oversee logistics, and maintain our quality standards from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Heavy Hauling: You will be responsible for the operation of your company truck and trailers. This includes safely hauling equipment to sites, as well as the pickup, transport, and staging of materials.

Sales-to-Field Partnership: You will work as a cohesive team with the Sales Rep who secured the project. You’ll align on job specifications, site requirements, and client expectations before work begins, acting as a unified front throughout the project.

Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-tier craftsmanship.

Quality Control: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the job site—no messes, no wasted time, and total respect for the homeowner’s property.

Communication: Partner with the Sales Rep to keep the client updated, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our premium service model.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated history as a construction foreman with a strong track record in roofing or high-end residential renovations.

Operational Skills: Extensive experience pulling and maneuvering heavy-duty trailers is required.

Clean Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must for this role.
