Trinity Services is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and grow our team in Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction operations including scheduling, project coordination, and project manager and crew management
- Manage all projects from kickoff through completion
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct site inspections to enforce quality control and safety compliance standards
- Serve as a key point of contact between field teams and company leadership
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Monitor job profitability, gross profit margins, budgets, change orders, and production performance.
- Ensure complete and accurate job documentation in PSA, Encircle, Xatimate, and all company required systems, including photos, notes, change orders, and closeout documentation.
- Drive cash flow by ensuring projects are completed invoiced profitable and collected in a timely manner
- Own the timely completion of every project and eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Accountability-Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams through coaching, accountability and performance management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in construction operations management or construction management
- Background in roofing, exteriors, or restoration is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per week
