Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and hunter mentality
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Located in or able to commute to Florham Park, NJ
